1906-1987Guionista, luego director. Hijo del famoso actor Walter Huston; padre de la estupenda actriz Anjelica Huston. Nacido en Nevada, Missouri, fue un nino enfermizo, lo que le obligo a ejercitarse en deportes, llegando a disputar un buen punado de combates como boxeador aficionado. De espiritu inquieto, se dedico a la pintura, a la cria de caballos, al periodismo, a la literatura y a la escritura de guiones. Vivio en Mexico, Paris e Irlanda. Fue actor casi hasta el final de su vida pero, sobre todo, sera recordado como un magnifico director de cine, creador de universos personales y con un gran amor a la vida que se plasmaba majestuosamente en sus peliculas. Algunas de ellas, memorables, permanecen en la memoria de los buenos aficionados al cine.
